Zachary Czaplicki, Investment Adviser Representative

Whether I’m working with my clients in law enforcement, medical and dental professionals, business owners, or individuals and families, I believe in the power of a plan. I specialize in wealth-building strategies, retirement planning, generational wealth planning, and business planning needs, all centered around the client’s unique needs and long-term goals.

Prior to joining Charter Oak, I worked as a public safety officer for six years. Before that, I earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Hartford. In addition, I currently hold a Series 7 and Series 66 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

I happily volunteer my time with Windsor Little League and BNI. I also work closely with the West Hartford & Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce.

My wife, Shelby, and I reside in Windsor, CT with our German shepherd, Kramer and the exciting newest addition to my family, my twin boys. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, bike riding, kayaking, baseball, golfing, and traveling with my family.
